Based on the success of the career board, the founders of Career/Net L.L.C. had the foresight to see the growing corporate demand for privately hosted, web-based Talent Management solutions. In response, HRsmart Inc. was soon formed and quickly grew into one of the web’s premier providers of Talent Management solutions. As a result, HRsmart’s award-winning enterprise-level solutions are used today by over 6 million users.
